Let's see, today I have ordered my elite . the bag systems I have here atm is a Volcano Digit and an Arizer EQ. The EQ I use hardly any. how does the ha elite work with pressed hash? did anyone tried it out already?

does the app provide you with an error message while overheating? if yes, what is the exact text you get from the app? or does the overheating only takes place when you charge and use your crafty simultaneously?

in the meantime my crafty behaves the same way. both hard- and software reset does nothing to change this odd behaviour. if I boost the temp afterwards, it will vibrate again after boost temp is reached. i don´t use it with the modded app BTW. I am using both the android and IOS app to connect...

the crafty definitely has no real pass-through! I have talked to a german S&B engineer by phone regarding this matter. Roth is spot on here, heater output is 27W on crafty (30W on Mighty) and crafty is getting 10W from the charger ...

Unfortunately I had my 2nd damage due to false placement of the small base seal o-ring. I assumed the o-ring belongs in the notch. But If you place it there, you just squeeze and cut into the o-ring while closing the cap lock. I now understand why a proper placement of the small base seal...

by the way, did anyone asked S&B about a firmware upgrade without returning the device to them? is it possible to update the FW via the Micro USB port?

not only that, there are a lot of other cold drinks complementing :leaf:perfectly. during draw breaks i cool down my oral cavity with: -iced coffe -icecold coconut water -icecold pineapple/coconut juice (yummy) :rockon:

try charging another 5V device (e.g. cellphone) with the supplied cable and wallwart. if it will charge your phone, you´ll know it is not the usb cable or the power adaptor. it also could be a defectice usb port on the crafty itself.

I will make S&B aware of this thread and your preliminary findings in this matter ... edit: I have emailed them right now!
