I bought the solo about 3 weeks and enjoyed it, however it no longer charges. When I plug it in the blue idle light, 1, 2 and 3 light, and the red charge light just keep blinking. Also, it makes a continuous beep sound. If anyone knows what's up please aware me

hey PV or anyone else that can help. i ordered a solo last night for $160, but i just saw the $170 with the adapter. On the site it says my order is already processed, is there a way to change/cancel the order?
