Not poor. It's just the truth. I had to deal with both customer services. IMO Arizer is immensely superior in customer service and warranty. At least from a North American perspective. I'm not related to Arizer, just stating some facts.

Same thing happened to my Iolite. I had to send it back and fight for a refund. I ended up $50 dollars short and no vaporizer. IMO, I would stay away of Iolite products until they can provide a decent warranty service like Arizer.

OK, thanks man. I'm debating between buying a WISPR or an Arizer Solo. The WISPR seems cool but I'm concerned it might be as buggy as its predecessor.

Has anybody own a WISP for more than a couple of months? I had an Iolite for about a week but had to return it because it wouldn't turn on. Does this one has that same problem?

I had an Iolite but I sent it back, buggy. The WISPR sounds interesting but not without a good warranty and customer service. Iolite customer service took 2 weeks to answer my email... and sent the wrong answer. Amazingly MFLB is still the strongest portable IMO.

Hello, I'm currently considering buying a MFLB. Do the new models come in a metal case or a velvet bag? Also, i have been thinking about buying it from vaporizers.ca but when I asked them about the light that indicates that the battery has made contact they replied that it usually disconnects...

I just tried my vaporizer using a bong and not inhaling so much at once. Much better! I should also say I took an allergy pill a few hours before. Thanks guys! Great community, I'm sticking around :P

That sounds nasty, thanks man, I think I will connect the balloon to my bong, that way I can get an idea of how much I'm inhaling.

For my next vap session I will connect my EQV to a bong and have some allergy pills before. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again everybody, if anybody has had any similar issues please keep posting them!

I see, thanks man. That's a shame, I never had any issues using a bong while having allergies. I will try to attach my whip to a bong to see how it goes, did you have to buy an additional accessory to do this? Thanks for all the help I'm new to vaporizers and my first experiences with it haven't...
