5hrs at 150f degrees?. Do you mean celsius perhaps?
Sorry should have clarified that was ambient air. Dead summer in a Zona car test :) It was conducted with batteries in place to ensure there will be no safety issues for our customers. Extreme heater testing was performed at 800 F for two minutes. Some slight charing of the maple was witnessed but no damage was suffered that would render the unit unusable. The Zion power button should not be depressed in a no-flow condition for longer than 10 seconds. We have also poured water into the heater after a long preheat on high with no damage to the unit. If there is a definition of bullet proof the Zion is proving to be it.

@RastaBuddhaTao Had to do it! Resisted as long as feasibly possible, hoping I might have been able to pass this one by, but it finally snared me! Ordered and on the way to the UK soon.

Ive been charged $25 to london £115 all in, bargin!!!

Actually I've just sold my Crafty and the money's enough for a 2nd Zion plus 7g of lemon larry

@vaporvaper What did you pick up for that price? Just the unit, no batteries? With my currency conversion £115 is about $179. Leaving $10 for shipping to the UK :hmm:

I just ordered and mine came in at $205 with 2 batteries and I still need to pay extra shipping to UK on despatch.

Curious if someone can post a pic of the dry stems next to a Solo stem? I've been using my Solo through water by jamming a stem into @Ratchett's Crafty adapters. Fit is pretty tight but it works quite well. Wondering if this approach will work with my Zion or if I should be pre-ordering glass adapters.

Have you dropped a boat on it from a crane yet? If so...nothing beats a Zion. lol
