How long are your sessions? The hercules eats a lot of battery power to be honest. I recommend you get two sets of "AW" batteries and swap them out next time u get the triple flash. Or keep your batteries fully charged. Get a nitecore charger and dump the stock one. The Nitecore charger has a battery fuel gauge to help you calculate how much "juice" you drain from the batteries every session.

Guys what @Boilerboy51 most likely is having issues with is the cut off timer. He said that after 15 seconds use it blinks.

So please there is no big issues with the tops atm.

The tops @Mynameismud is speaking about is the replacement v3 tops that some have issues not all. This is currently being fixed with the next generation tops that we are working hard to put into production. Hopefully end of month it will happen.

I experienced it exclusively with the 3.7V kiss cartridge

@Mynameismud no worries brotha. know that we are fixing the issue as fast as possible.


Also side note. Our enail outer shell just finished it's cad drawing and is sent off to manufacturing of a few prototypes for testing.

The heaters are done as well and electronics as well.

3 weeks we will have a working enail prototype up and running.


A big thank you to @Bob Loblaw for testing out the LEELA last year.

You would be surprised how we decided to do this design. We had to scrap the previous other designs completely before prototypes where even made for a more sleeker and more versatile idea.

All in all there are 12 different prototypes made, 5 ideas, 6 almost prototypes.

I wish i could brotha but this is top secret hush hush type of design. One Person here on FC will get to test it. That Person is already chosen. Once we have given him a prototype to test we can all bug him about it, but one thing he cant do is show it or tell anyone what it looks like until we do our final testing phase.


Im very paranoid about this since we have working on it for over 2 years now.

I know youll ask who the tester is and why only certain people get to test. Well the truth is i have to build trust with the people and the products. We have been burned to many times.


On a side note, final prototype units will be sold on a limited base to get a final feel and get feedback on what to include in the manual, and in return these prototype units will be exchanged for production models for free just pay shipping.


This is still up in the air as final decision isnt made.

Some things I did when I had it, we're to unscrew the Hercules and screw it back on and also unscrewing the top and screwing it back on or both and it would work for a little while

You and me both my friend! Collecting high end kief now to make myself a few g's of QWET shatter and load it into the herc (SR74 3.7v with Persei small tube from SS kit and AW IMR 18350).

It's will go where I go (save for airports, lol) :D

Shatter is super easy to make and the W9 TECH Stuff plows through it.
I tried other devices and I can't handle the weakness of the lesser brands. Sure you can use fire. However the control of power is awesome. Not for everyone .
Can't wait to put some well purged shatter in a HERCULES.

well the prototypes that was suppose to be tested out for issues last week was taken by customs, so this puts us a few weeks behind on production since i will get the new tops next week and takes another week for fully testing electronics

Trying to push them out from either direction. A few rods I've gotten I've been legitimately scared of like slipping and hurting my hand or something trying to push it in they've been so tight. In retrospect I should have just tried to open up the threaded section a bit more probably

Verified, it does shut down after 20 seconds...I timed it, I did not see anywhere where it had this feature, I thought it would stay on indefinitely while holding the button....all is well then! Still have a finicky Herc though, After cleaning and reassembling, it works, then doesn't...play around a little with it, then it starts working, everything is clean, all the contact points are clean and ISO'd...

Man from talking to you today about this piece, sign me up for one of the final prototype units and of course production units! :)

Just got news that my Xtar VP1 smart charger will be here on Monday, ready for the arrival of my Persei and every accessory I could point my VAS guided cursor at and click on! :D
