I had my mighty for three years or so ever since it came out, they gave me a brand new one when some of my housing chipped away from the earliest model. Looooved my Mighty.
I put it up for sale the same day I received my first wrap-around head, flower pot, and now have the V-Rod. This is an amazing experience, with really great results no matter how you want them! Imagine , all you're doing is pulling air through a piece of crafted titanium and in my case through a glass bowl into a glass rig.
Doesn't get very much cleaner or safer than that.
And I grind very fine when my stuff's a bit dry and I get massive dense clouds, it's pretty much like dabbing flower.

I got the two hole angled cap and it works great for spinning balls. I haven’t tried the other hole angled caps.
Anyone know if there is a glass or quartz cap that fits the VROD sic dish and has angled holes to push balls? I still would love to be able to see the balls spin as well as see my oil status. Anyone see one yet? Please point me the direction if you have seen one.

You guys have me just about convinced lol.
How is the smell vaping flower with this compared to say a volcano or mighty? I know we are dealing with higher temps here. My girl doesnt appreciate the smell but this is definitely something id want set up in the house as opposed to the garage.
For reference i find the smells of volcano/mighty to be minimal and dissapear relatively quickly.

Happy thanksgiving to those who celebrate! Had some fun snowboarding with friends today, did the family thing weeks ago and have a "friendsgiving" tomorrow, so now just chillin on the couch with my pup and getting up occasionally for FP rips!
I went to sign up for the news letter and it said my email address was already subscribed. I signed up my burner email address just in case anyways and whaddya know, my original email that was supposedly already signed up, didnt get an email but the one i just signed up with the other day got it. It's just a code....dont see anywhere you HAVE to get the email to get the code necessarily and maybe the system didnt quite work right, so perhaps we that got the codes could PM the codes to the other users here that didnt get it? Idk kinda waiting on NV and all of your opinions though, dont want to lose out myself by giving it out! And I'm positive I am not missing it, I've even searched by the email address that sent it to my other email....no dice.
@crownroyaldaddy - Get a 6 inch inline fan and a carbon filter and let it scrub the air where you vape and you'll be all good. I've got 2, one in the bedroom with the FP and one in the living room, I can have maintenance in and they never even know I've been hitting my FP all day with dank flowers as long as it's been 15 or 20 mins since I vaped. It's going to be smelly because of the sheer amount of vapor from each pull but because it's such quick extraction your sessions dont last as long so the smell may not stick around as long anyways.
The 100ish$ filter/fan combo is even worth getting if the smell is that big of an issue, the FP is that good IMO.
As far as differences from the volcano - the volcano vapor is a bit more diluted and uniform due to the fan/bags. Not sure one extracts better than the other, I really think it's down to personal preference mostly. The volcano is more simple/safer to use but the FP is more like actually taking flower dabs or smoking bong hits.
Time to do one of those occasional get ups and take some FP hits myself.

As someone who's only ever dabbed off of titanium once in a blue moon, I'm leaning towards the showerhead and giving it to my grandson one day. But, I know if I don't get the v-rod now I'm going to have to get it eventually and see what a sic dish and jewel balls are capable of.

Anybody rocking the "reverse" Vrod + high5 coil setup? If so, any input to share? Does the reverse vrod still need a 5 wrap coil to work optimally like the regular vrod?

I still love my FP SH. I use it ONLY for flower and do not dab off of it. I have other bangers and dedicated nails for that.
I moved on to glass bowls for a while...tasted good, more scooby snacks in the water, but sort of felt that putting in a Ti screen defeated the purpose of going glass in the first place.
I have, in the last couple of months, returned to the Ti adjust-a-bowl and frankly it gets me faster and more complete extraction. Nice med-dark brown AVB. I think it works the best.
I use an 18 mm rig and 18 mm body on the adjust-a-bowl and it works terrifically.
Can't say enough good about FP SH and NewVape. (@NewVape710 @newvape918 )

I'm very bad about "wheighing" flowers, have a precision scale, but I trust more my eye sometimes...how much you pack the basket screen for one hit?

I love my Stand and Debowler, but it's lacking one thing in my opinion:
Compatibility for the Vrod carb cap.
Are there any plans to update the stand to work with both SH and/or Vrod carb caps? Any possible way you'd be able to retrofit old stands to fit the Vrod cap?
My other question concerns custom laser cut foam inserts for Pelican style cases. Is there any way you'd be able to offer custom cutting foam services for customers?
I recently bought a Pelican knock off from Harbor Freight and made it into a travel case for my bubbler, controller, coils, SH or Vrod, quartz banger, and all my accessories. Basically top shelf flower and concentrates all in one case! I'm using the pluck foam right now and it works. But it could definitely be better.

Can anyone comment on if the VROD carb cap will fit well enough over the Showerhead to function? I remember reading further back that the bowls diameters are different, but maybe not enough to be an issue.
Thanks for the reality check Baron. I've held off purchasing my enail setup since April because the thought of an 100% all glass system (for the airway) has been on the horizon. I can envision a product without a metal screen required for the bowl, maybe one or two attempts at a glass screen/filter built into the neck, followed by a drop down. Anyway I slice it, its a lot of scooby snacks, and the apparatus would need to be cleaned more often than most pieces to keep acceptable airflow.
I have a lot of respect for NewVape, but its hard to see a company producing something which requires that much maintenance, when their metal bowls are on the opposite side of that spectrum. There has been rumours about it, but they wouldn't bother designing a glass ShowerHead that required a Ti screen would they? I don't think many people would be sold on that product.
Glass screens sold on DHGate are too widely perforated for the ideal fine grind that makes the ShowerHead accel, so its tricky.

Ordered a Vrod on Black Friday sale, can't wait to give it a try.
The Sub is my daily and my holy grail, it will be very interesting to see how the FP compares. Hitting that thing daily for years means I need a heavy hitter to remain interested, I don't need it to be as powerful as the Sub necessarily, but I need it to be relatively close.
Should be very fun experimenting... my first vape acquisition in like 3yrs or something. Woo!

Wow. Thanks for this @Roth I had no idea the stand wasn’t compatible with the VRod carb cap. Or is it just that you have an older versions of the stand designed before the VRod existed? That would make more sense. But I just looked at it online and the pictures are with the SH & accessories and there’s nothing on the product page that says it’s compatible with the VRod Carb Cap, I feel so dumb for assuming it was.
I just bought the VRod along with every accessory that my conscience would allow yesterday. I’m laughing at myself (not in a good way
) because I had the Ti FP heater post in my cart until I caved at the very end and switched it out for the safety stand. I definitely wouldn’t have bought a $55 stand that won’t work for the VRod carb cap. I really wish I had looked into & confirmed all this before buying. Shame on me. 
I don’t recall reading anything about that here? Anyone here get the VRod & Safety stand recently who can comment on the fitment of the VRod Cap with the stand? I really really hope it does! Ease my mind!
If not, guess it’s time for an email to support@NV! I trust that NV will be able to exchange/refund for the stand and let me get the Ti FP heater post instead. I’m pretty sure that NV got a bajillion orders on BF so hopefully should be able to get in front of this before my order is boxed up and shipped.
Oh well. Not gonna waste time with thoughts and prayers over this small matter. I’m off to find a live chicken (easy in my village!), a bottle of rum and a cigar so I can get my voodoo on!
