Wolkenkraft FX Mini Ultra, the best, but.. ?

Hi everyone,
I am a European vaporizer user, since 2015 I have tried and collected several devices such as Vaponic, Dynavap M, Flowemate Aura, Pax 2, Tinymight2, Wolkenkraft FX mini Ultra and Craty+. I wanted your opinion to understand what to do. Let me start by saying that I am not a frequent user, let's say that once a week I treat myself to a session. My problem is understanding which vaporizer to use and whether, if so, to buy back the TM2 that I sold.

My problem revolves around the FX mini Ultra: it works too well. Sure the TM2 is the best flavor-wise, but it's really aggressive in the throat, and that's why I sold it. The Crafty+, on the other hand, doesn't seem like much to me, it produces a lot of vapor, but I don't find it particularly interesting in terms of flavor. The FX mini ultra, on the other hand, works great, it is close to the TM2 but remains more manageable and delicate, and is also easy to clean.

The problem is that there is no information on Wolkenfraft, it is almost unclear whether it really exists. Virtually nothing can be found on Linkedin, and the official website has practically no contacts. On the box of the device it says that it is Made in PRC.
I therefore don't know whether to trust such a mysterious product, because for me health comes first and foremost and I wouldn't want to inhale unwanted substances made in who knows what Chinese factory.
What do you think? Advice?
Thank you all.

Wolkenkraft, Utillian and Fenix seem to be connected in some way, as some of the models overlap. A friend of mine uses a Wolkenkraft Äris and seems satisfied, the built-in battery bothers me, which is why I haven't looked into it any further.

My TM2 runs reliably and so far unbeatable (hits that i love, taste in front of most devices), the stems supplied are not the best, you should look around. You should also adjust the temperature of the TM2 to suit you, a lower temperature is softer and tastes better, you don't necessarily need hard hits. It is better to have four puffs at a low temperature than one at a very high temperature. You also can't compare vaporizer 1 to 1. There are differences with the same manufacturer, and even more so with different ones.

If you wait a little longer, the Yllvape Aerolite could be something for you, but it is not yet available and therefore nobody knows its performance.

I have both the TM2 and the Wolkenkraft FX Mini Ultra - the mini is a pretty capable device being so small but the stem is a bit on the small side - its great for stealth as you can fit the whole device in your and pretty much cover it and battery life is ok for something so small maybe four or five 5 min sessions between charges.

I think the minis heater is one of those ceramic collar ones with a titanium liner - the air path may go over some plastic as it enters at the bottom of the chamber and then into the straw but i havent taken the device apart so am not sure if that bit is titanium lined as well or just plastic. All the electronics i think are to the side away from the airpath.

The mini is a lot smaller more of a sip sip so less aggressive than the tm2 - they are very different vapes in that sense so its which ever you prefer.

Thanks for the replies.
I used the TM2 in that way too, few puffs, low power, in fact I'm not sure what was going through my head when I sold it :ko:. It was probably the pulmonary stress that bothered me a little, in fact you have to aspire with a certain intensity. However, it remains the best I've tried, although it's a shame that you can't access the steam path to clean it.

The FX mini ultra is an ideal compromise for me, I just don't understand if I can trust that damned Made in PRC and the Wolkenkraft company..

apparently they are made in Finland. A Reddit user emailed the company to ask about the vapor path and, among other things, they told him this: "... the electronics boards manufactured in Finland by a company certified for medical device production, so we do not have any worries about the safety of our units..."

But does anyone have any information on the Wolkenkraft? Does anyone know an engineer, or any employee of the company?

There are some other threads here that discuss them, as they are rebrands of Weecke manufactured devices, who make Fenix, healthy rips & POTV products too... They seem to be fairly trustworthy, although not into it personally (TM all the way for me)

Wolkenkraft is not really a company, just a brand. I believe somehow connected to vapowelt.de, a shop in Germany. The FX Mini is also available as Fenix Mini, Smono (3?/4?), and something else that escapes me right now.

I used to love putting it on a bong, but eventually the vapor rising up inside the device to the point where the air intake was blocked beyond usability. Since it was already unusable, I decided to pour a decent amount of ISO into the bowl and let it run out the bottom. Worked fine for me 😄

When I do use the TM2, it goes on a bubbler or bong.

However, in the TM2 the residues can end up towards the heating coil, to clean it would have to be disassembled. In any case it is one of the best vaporizers currently.

So you're saying I can use the Wolkenfraft peacefully?

So far, I've only had this problem with a TM OG that wasn't looked after properly by the previous owner. With my TM2, which is used every day, everything is spotlessly clean. I can't understand how it can get there so easily if you use the TM normally.

Yeah that just sounds like it was extremely poorly cared for? I am extra careful with mine now too though and only really use it upside down with WPA through hooks or stem hooks which are preferred for me, to have smoother hits with better flavor, also more comfortable form factor, regardless, so there's many benefits (even when I am using straight stems, I tend to keep it a little more sideways, but I take the first hit upside down, that helps seat the load, so then nothing can really fall even being shook right side up) I really don't like using vapes where you have to load a fixed chamber that cannot be removed or cleaned, I also do not like those capsules, so having a glass stem system as chamber and pathway is the ideal way to keep things pristine in my experience

I just dug it out of the hole it's been hiding in and fired it up again. Since I've last used it, the quality of bud I have access to has greatly increased. I was amazed what this baby can throw out when you put in 30% THC flower. I have never noticed anything smelly about it, but I'm also not one of the more sensitive persons in that area.

The stuff that gunked up the FX mini wasn't pieces from the oven, but condensed vapor near the air intake holes. That should not happen with the TM2 since the air intake is actually on top, so on the bottom when used with glass. Not sure what happens with any vapor going up into the TM2's heater. It certainly can't condense there while the heater is hot and would probably "go away" when next running the heater.
