This unit is in fine shape, ,and functions like it did on day 1.
It comes with an additional herb chamber (not originally included) for the "quick change" artist in you. (I like a spare)

Can you hook it up to a bubbler?

Yes. I have used whips, which I easily could have stuck into the downstem of a bubbler.

Looks like this has to be plugged in, so you can't use it without an active DC or AC power source? Is that right?

Yes that is correct.
This is a plug in vape.
You can use it in car with a $10 60 Watt inverter.
You would have to carry a power pack to use this away from the wall.
In an older video made by hippi Taylor, he has a young gal vaping in a park ...(carrying a backpack with a power souce!)
