Vapor--maximizing visibility?

My vape station has a small table lamp with CFL bulb which helps immensely to see vapor that would otherwise be invisible.
Exhale over the top of the lamp.

Would LED light make vapor even more visible?
Do LED lights come in different color spectrum? What range would yield best highlighting?

Thanks

I use a LED projector for television and vapor is definitely more or less visible depending on the displayed colors. It amazes me how much vapor I can see with the projector that I otherwise would have missed and assumed my vape wasn't up to temperature yet.

I too use white LED...

More so on incoming vapor, to adjust draw speed as needed.

For a visual feedback of vapor exhaust.. I simply use the television's illumination, with no other lights on.

I used to use a very bright Headlamp, but she finally broke after 7 years of service...
I really should pick up a new one, as most of my Vaping is done right at bedtime, wife always irritated.. "Turn off the damn light "

Good idea for a thread alright!
I use a bedside lamp, but there has to be a dark background for it to work.
Overhead lights are good, like that snooker hall effect.
I tried all manner of led torch lights and headlamps, even a party Laser machine!!
Normal led stuff is quite good, or as mentioned above if you can combine LED with overhead, there's some 5W ones in my kitchen they're great for it.
The type of LED lighting that really shows vapors well is too bright to be comfortable when your vaping! I have one of those on my bicycle! (T5 CREE c/w 4x18650)
Perhaps a green laser pen with some diffuser might work but it's messy.
LED downlighters are good, and the best of the widely available ones should have 1-5 LED chips, the ones with multiple (15+) "early" diodes are crap, (but might be better for vapor for all I know!).
Halogen downlighters would be great too but more costly to run, and hot/ possible fire/burn risk.
I wondered if certain display types of halogen downlighter would suit vaping real well.
Not sure the exact term for it, not dichroic? but they have it in all those Swarovski crystal shops and it has reddish and purple tones.
I'd like to play around but I'm limited where I have the vape now.
Also wonder if warm white or cool white LED stuff would work better but as long as it's strong...?
An initial google of lighting for smoke or fog has pulled up interesting photography articles and diagrams,
and a 20 min video on the subject! Imma' get me a cup of tea and some volcano bags and watch this I think.

Would love to hear more too.
Since I took up vaping I have also thought about those machines that measure particles in the air, of fog, or exhaust gas for example, like in road tunnels,
or if we could use these machines to judge vaporizers or see vapor better?!
