Vaping mold VS Smoking mold. A question which came up in a discussion with a friend

Fungi boiling temp is like 100C, so while vaping you can actually inhale "alive" mold or parts of it, maybe some of them still alive?
I know that vaping usually occurs without CO2/H2O products like smoking, I think smoking mold is more harmful but I can't find any information online.
Usually vaping is like so much healthier than smoking, ofc, we both vape, haha

Any opinion? thanks

Smoking is also vaping, you just inhale smoke generated by the heater (the burning flower/paper/etc.) too. You’re vaping at a higher temp near the end of a joint for example, and that may kill some mold, but I wouldn’t count on it killing all of the mold spread throughout the joint and you’re breathing some of that in with every hit.

Like @Planck said, directly and intentionally inhaling mold isn’t a great idea whether or not it’s heated. ;)

Ok guys I appreciate your comments, will check it @Planck thanks

I think I've got something - smoking mold, incomplete combustion can produce CO from the fungi. that's way unhealthy.

Any incomplete combustion will produce CO, most combustion is incomplete.
I'll take my chances with CO over mycotoxins everytime.

Don't ingest or inhale unknown mold/fungus ever. It's high risk behaviour. These lifeforms produce some of the most dangerous toxins that exist.

Even if you completely burn the flower it’s still not okay. I already talked about a joint, but imagine a bong.

You probably start by inhaling through the untouched flower and mold, then as the flame touches it you inhale a combination of smoke and whatever comes off of the heated flower and mold all before you can achieve complete combustion, and by the time you hit complete combustion you’ve destroyed most of the cannabinoids with extreme heat and you dump the bowl, so I don’t see any way to get what you want without also risking real harm from the mold.

When responsible people grow anything for consumption (eating, drinking, vaporizing, etc.) they get rid of anything that has unknown mold or known dangerous mold on it for good reasons. Using it is not worth the risks.

Unfortunately, canna-capitalism has already seen lots of folks not following correct procedures and not being honest about the products they sell. Issues with pesticides, uncured bud, etc.

This is why if I haven't grown it, I won't vape it. A friend gifted me some buds that had been grown in a room full of moth balls. I wouldn't accept it and I warned him about how dangerous it was to vape it.
