VapeXhale Glass Mouthpiece with adapters (Herbalizer mod)

This is a VapeXhale Glass Mouthpiece in excellent condition. It was originally purchased directly from the manufacturer in February 2014. It was used less than 5 times as part of a direct draw mod for my Herbalizer. You can see the mod here and read about it here.

(1) 14mm/10mm glass reducer
(1) 18mm/14mm glass reducer
