Type 2 Flower: Balanced CBD:THC Bud

Hi all, I've been vaping a lot more type two (equal amounts THC to CBD/other cannabinoids) recently and super enjoying it. I find it is a much more manageable high that I feel and enjoy without any sense of impairment.
I still use Type 1 (mostly THC, over 20% usually) for more recreational purposes, but anybody else on the Type 2 flower train?

Type 2 / Type 3 is all I get for flower anymore. Typically from Hoku.

I still buy type 1 hash on the rare occasion, to augment the effects when symptoms demand it
Any particular stuff of Hoku's you like? Any terpenes in particular you seek out?

I got a type II strain from Flow Gardens (tangerine dream) during 4/20 - it was the only one they had at the time
and like it very much (although I have noticed a bit of a headache afterwards, but may be a coincidence).

The Type II flower has been great to give to friends who normally take 1-2 hits from dispensary buds and crash within minutes.
It makes vaping much more sociable (can puff and pass for a much longer time)
and for me, it really helps take the edge off without obliterating my day/evening.

I just ordered a few more strains from Akira Botanicals and Beleafer (THCa/THCV) and will probably get some from Holy City Farms if I enjoy these other strains.

What I don’t get is why dispensaries (at least in NY/NJ) don’t carry any.
Even in the medical sections - it makes so much sense to offer lower THC levels for medical, no??

And on the web sites, most make it rather cumbersome to find the Type II flowers, even when they already carry high THCa strains

Anyhow, any recco’s on other on-line stores to look at Type II flowers?
And any that are part THC and part something besides CBD (I.e. CBG, THCV, etc and if so - are these also known as “Type II”?)

My list of sites that carry Type II Flower thus far is:
Flow Gardens
Beleafer
Akira Botanicals
Holy City Farms (seems to be biggest selection, but only THCa/CBD strains)
Hoku (but they rarely have any flowers available)
