Currently on a trip through a few places in the Pacific Northwest. First stop was downtown Portland. Went to a dispensary near my condo, Serra,very attractive place. Purchased a 1 gram cartridge of Select Elite Quantum Kush, 85% THC, a sativa, loved it. The only complaint was the 20% tax added and $1.20 charge for a plastic bag. I can get these cartridges, in a non legal state, for the same price without the tax and bag charge. I heard a budtender tell another customer that the flower was $15 a half gram and up, plus 20% tax. Seems pricey to me.
I then went on to Seattle for a few days, and I didn't see a single dispensary. Obviously they are there, but it seems very low key, nothing like what I saw in Colorado on previous trips. Now I am in Banff and don't see anything here yet.
