This is my introduction thread to the forum. My name is Daniel and I am the face behind Apextwenty2. I am machining titanium herb grinders in my home shop and as best I can tell these are the only legitimate titanium grinders on the market. I’ve only got a 2 piece grinder so far but I’m working on a stash case that interfaces with the 2 piece as well as a 3 piece. These grinders are all hand finished and unique. My website is

Thanks, I put a lot of thought into the design and the feedback I’ve gotten from the ones in the wild has been great.

Thanks!! Those carved ones take forever to make but they turn out really cool. I'm working on some more like that currently.

Thanks, I’m using Commercially Pure titanium.

These are grade 2.

They are actually a little heavier than an aluminum grinder of the same size. They’ve got enough weight to feel substantial but they aren’t heavy by any means.

I should've added that I only have a stainless steel grinder. Titanium is a great option to have for those concerned with aluminum's properties like dusting issues. And compared to the stainless alternative that's currently on the market it's weightless.

Definitely gonna be light compared to a stainless grinder. Stainless is a fantastic material for grinders as well though.

Definitely gonna be light compared to a stainless grinder. Stainless is a fantastic material for grinders as well though.

Beautiful Art. Would seem like a feather in comparison to a Stainless Herb Ripper. Dude, I thought $100 for a 3 piece Stainless HR was High...but $300 to start ? IMO, puts them Out of Reach for LOTS of us.

I appreciate it. Trust me their price is not lost on me. That’s why I take time to make every one of them special and unique. Each and every one gets special treatment and hand finishing. Herb Ripper makes a great grinder and he gets them out the door at a great price so you can’t go wrong there either.
