I recently saw a YT video that showed someone getting pulled over in a legal THC state, and they hadn't been drinking, and they didn't have any MJ on them, but they ended up getting a ticket for driving while intoxicated. The video didn't show the test, but I assume it was a blood or urine test.
I did some research, and it seems that different states have different concentration levels that make it illegal. Also my research showed that regular users of MJ are likely to fail those tests even if we haven't had any MJ that day at all, because of it lingering in our system.
In the state I am in, they don't have a "legal limit" and base it completely on an officer's testimony of his opinion of if a driver was too high or not.
I'm wondering what people do in states that do have a limit. How do you make sure (or at least give yourself a chance) that if you get pulled over, that you aren't going to get busted even if you aren't actually high at the time.
I once saw a guy driving with his elbows while he was holding a big glass piece in one hand, and the lighter in the other, and was driving while hitting it. I thought that was really pushing his luck.
