Well you better let the maker know as he supplies the unit with a 2amp VVPS, the same one that Ed sells for his WS log (it can run 3x WS at once at 10v)..these supplies are rated 2amp at 24 and 30v so quite a bit less amps needed at 9 to 12v.

Well here goes the derail..I was trying to comment on the mini dc vvps which you can only dial amps up to 2a when at 9v you need 2.25 it would simply not work for the VB. You can easily run 2 WS off it ,though.

I dont know what the VVPS power supply is used on the WS,cause there is a sticker above it. Can you please tell me what is the voltage min - max range on it and i will solve that mystery for you.
Lookings at eds site ,i see that he also offer 12 1amp power supplies,Which means the heater is above 12 OHMS(he probably uses 20 ohm cartridge), which means it is not a problem to run 3 ws of 2amp power supply ,but the one which i suspect it uses is 9-24v 3a.

You can look them model up if you dont trust me,but i own two of these and also have wattmeter and other measuring equipment. It is 3-12v 5a (actually it goes up to 12.3) .
Being 4 ohm doesn mean it would eat a lot of electricity though u can see that at 9v it eats 20watts which is not much compared to some other household items.You can run 2x WS at 12v for the price of one VB at 9v ,but the VB probably can rip twice harder

Here it is mentioned that the WS uses 10 w heater and eats 0.8XXX amps at 12 vThen i guess it is a 14-15 ohm heater.
Btw one thing i noticed measuring those excellway PSUs is they they are even a bit underrated(they are more powerful than listed),cause i can easily max their wattage out with some of mu DIYs and they dont get burning hot like my laptop PSUs when driven over the edge.
Also mine which 3-12v 5a which is supposed to be 60w can pull up to 72w on the wall meter.

On a side not if the WS power supply is the one 3a 9-24v then you can use it for the vapbong,but you wont be able to go lower than 9v.

I was looking for the one WS uses. I even have posted a link.Are sure it is 2.5 mm,i thought it is 2.1mm like the WS.

Can you please just tell me on the last photo are those two different ,i cant really tell,looks like one is slightly bigger,so it is probably 2.5 mm . If it is so it might not be possible to use the WS supply on the VB ,maybe if you can but you will have to replace the connection or hardwire itHi i’m a young man
