How do you like it?
I like it very much. During the movement toward Coil/p.i.d. "Heavy Hitters", I found setting the ultra heavy Ball Vapes down required care.
The Pinky is more carefree, yet still gives great heavy hits.
It's light in weight, which makes it more manipulable.
I did not make this one.
It was a gift from the Member who developed the idea, @Secreagent
I met this enthusiast when the maker of Qaroma/Taroma had me send them my Coil to see if that was my issue.
It was!
Along with a new coil, I received my Pinky.
The simplicity, dimensions, and function are ideal.

Just put together most of my first Pinky! Just waiting on basket screens. I was pleasantly surprsied that a 22mm tall/6wrap 20mm barrel coil fit quite well with no stretching - with good contact on the coil tip, too for temp control!

Really fun and simple concept. I am late to the party on a lot of this stuff, but jeez AL2O3 in all its many forms sure is cool!

Does anyone know if there's a longer nozzle that can be used instead of the standard one? I'm sure something like that is out there, but I haven't found anything yet.

haven't found any nozzle
I think that most that made a Pinky took the easy route, and followed the instructions without creative inspiration.
There are hundreds of adaptations of the welding tip, each circumference offering a multitude of types and lengths.
I know you weren't asking for a project, but rather an answer, in case anyone here accomplished what you seek.
If you do the search slowly and carefully.
You have the tools at your fingertips.
I think that you could be the one that takes the "open souce- Pinky" idea to the next level, by
posting results here as you work on this.

I did find the makers of the tig nozzles used for the pinky. I've been skimming the website for a hot minute, but I'm still hopeful.

I also found these tig nozzles that hold well over twice of what the standard Pinky nozzle does, and it has the same 1/2" inner diameter as well. You will need to use a bigger coil than the standard 18mm used in the build. Like I said, I want to be able to reuse the coil I already have but I know for a fact that those larger nozzles will work with a bigger coil.

I can confirm the 53N87 12# 3/4" 19.0mm orifice TIG nozzle is a great choice for a 30mm “Binky” (Big Pinky). I recommend about 8wraps or ~32mm of vertical coil. This can be achieved with a dual-coil station (wireless and wired) if you can’t source a tall 30mm barrel coil. The screen retention is accomplished via the notches inside the nozzle - 25mm screens work here. A fill takes a *lot* of Ruby so be prepared (25-30g). I use it as a massive diffuser; compatability is good with TKO glass bowls (it fits on the outside and “swallows” the whole bowl) with amazing flavor and super fast extractions. It can also fit around most standard 18mm glass injector bowls. These images are from a slightly older revision with a narrower intake (now 19mm) but the function is largely unchanged.

Here is a comparison between the new wider nozzle and what’s in the album above:

With an intake nozzle OD of ~24mm the new housing mates quite well upside-down with Ed’s bowls that have a diffuser cutout for a smaller bowl option/purer convection mode

Edit: thank you to whichever mod merged these consecutive posts!! I’ll use edit next time! Appreciate the catch 🙏
