First the flavor, then the buZzz settles in....
So I am mildly SeDaTed.....And Im drinking an herbal tea blend. With Valerian root, well it says extract, Chamomile, Lavender & passion fruit. Im in the clouds.


do you have a favorite tea or blend or link your herbs to take new directions in the high, if so what is it? What does it feel like?
