I'm undecided, but it seem genuine- the sound of that smackdown!. Though that age I'd have been more shocked if I'd knocked some one out like that.... come to think of it at any age... but they just laugh and the little boy in the hat just eats the cake!

I still say fake though, because:

-who would keep filming if that was real?
-the before mentioned strategically positioned candles
-when they lift her head up and let it go again at 0,44 it doesn't fall down right away, but Megan slowly lowers her head in to the cake (hmmm, cake) instead. I don't think an unconscious person would normally do it like that.

That bang was pretty loud indeed though, but was it really the sound of here head hitting the table..?

Also, why does the boy on the right have a fake hand?
