THC Powder Isolate - What is it? How do I use it?

Looks like relatively pure THCA as an extract. It becomes THC when it is heated. Without any other cannabinoids in it, it would not be the kind of product that would give effects similar to flower or full spectrum extracts like rosin, resin, hash. I believe it is quite similar to THCA diamonds, which are nice to add to herb for extra kick. Still don't want to use it by itself. YMMV

Yeah imo this is exactly the concentrate you do not want, like those distillate cartridges, it's the oil that tests with super high THC percentage but never feels full spectrum (they use it for a lot of edibles that have a similar issue in my experience although everyone's body chemistry can be different) this is the analogy I like to use when I say that THCA herbs don't feel as full spectrum to me either, someone else has compared them to distillate process for me in the past, but that is just my feelings on the matter and not 100% necessarily true as I know plenty of other people disagree and think all THCA hemp and weed is the same regardless, and it just differs between the grow like weed always does (I have not been fully convinced but I don't fully deny it either is all) for concentrates the distinction is much clearer... They also sell CBD isolate, even mixing the CBD isolate with the THCA isolate, not sure it has everything that way either, and they are like fine dust white powders, instead of gooey dab sugars and sauces and diamonds etc so seem weirder (I could be wrong and there perhaps is something different about THCA powder and distillate oil however this is my impression) also some people might have use for this type of substance, I just find it not satisfying in almost anyway, but it does get you purely high at least effective in some sense sure

thank you both for your response and explanation, I guess that is why it is relatively low cost. I shall not get it.

Yeah I would only go for strain specific higher cost dabs personally although you can get good deals on good stuff too!

They sell this stuff in dispensaries as an add to your bong rips, or sprinkle in your joints . I've mixed it with my weed I vape, and it's very singular kind of high, for the money your better off with something else IMO ;) . Thank God I live in a legal state where I have choices :leaf:.

So not that i am necessarily seeing this near me (just looked out of curiousity), but it seems the same thing we see here with THC can be done with CBD as well? So you could add the CBD extract for smoking or vaping?

There's a big difference between "isolate" and "extract" . isolite is 99% CBD, extract can contain full spectrum or broad spectrum and contain all the fats, and flavonoids. It is normally in a carrier oil for vaping or sublingual . I vaped isolate before, but not extract in carts. I don't like carts , so I can't comment on the effectiveness. I started vaping with a 1/10 of a gram of isolate on some flower and it had a very calming effect on me.

There's no real regulation on CBD extracts per say ( hemp has to be .3 thc or less ). There is a ton of inferior products out on the market, some don't even have CBD in them they use melatonin :puke:. IMO it's better to make your own edibles and tinctures . I don't want to get too far off topic but it's always better when you know what's in your product . Find a hemp grower. I use Horn Creek Farms https://horncreekhemp.com/

Oh yeah distillate must be oil extract...

I do have CBD isolate, white powder, says it could be eaten? But I've tried dipping a dab in it, I think it worked? Not entirely sure haven't tried much...

It's also not sure if it should be stored in the fridge like other dabs, I got it from vet grown hemp I think?
