Close to a month ago, I placed an order for a Qubus grinder because I liked the design. I ordered a grinder, funnel, and replacement O rings. I expected it would be shipped out in a reasonable amount of time, but It took weeks to ship. There was no communication from the seller stating there would be a delay. When the order finally arrived, the funnel and O rings were missing.
I sent an email to Support asking about the missing products, and an auto-generated email response also said to hit their Discord. So I did and posted it on the support channel. As I looked through that area, it turned out I was not an isolated instance. Many people had issues with zero response from the company.
I wanted to mention this to see if anyone else has experienced this with Qubus. I also wanted to get the word out in case someone was looking to place an order so they are not blindsided like many of us.
If you've had issues with Qubus I would be interested in hearing about your experience and whether or not it was resolved.
