Hi,
after seven years my original Flowerpot PID has finally stopped working.
The power button still lights up, but the temperature control unit no longer heats the coil. It had been acting up for a while – lately I had to leave the power switch on, otherwise the controller wouldn’t always turn on.
Now it seems completely dead.
What are my options for getting the Showerhead and VRod running again?
I think the original coil's wiring was non-standard. Since I have two PIDs with standard pinouts, would it be possible to open up the coil’s connector and rewire it to match the standard or "usual" configuration?
