I don't think there is or even could be a difference. I think he is implying that because they are not currently listed for sale on the Thermovape site, they may no longer be available at all. I have no idea if that's true or not. I have one of the 1st batch shipped and I love it!

Yep! It will run any 6v TV vaporizer off of wall power. Including the SV T1, EVO, Dart, Rev, even HV and SV atomizers...
