I bought this fairly recently from Aqua Lab Technologies. It is very nice quality and works great! I bought it to hold me over when I broke my bong/nail setup, but a friend with a spare bong helped out sooner than I thought 
and this just doesn't get much use since then!
The titanium pad is detachable. The spoon/dabber doubles as an allen screw for the titanium pad. It comes in the original waterproof carry tube too, i have the other end for it around as well. You can remove the titanium draw tube from the unit to use it separately too.
I paid $90+express shipping for it new, i'd like to get $85 shipped Priority Mail for it!
