Im trying to decide whether to buy a MFLB or a Arizer Solo, it depends on these things
1) Which gets you higher?
2) Which is stealthier/has a less noticeable smell?
also which gives bigger vapor hits? I realize however the one that gives bigger vapor clouds probably also has a bigger smell.
Vapour is vapour. Both of these will get you quite high but there are significant differences. The MFLB requires learning the technique, the Solo simply requires that you don't pull too hard. The MFLB temperature is controlled with the strength of your draw, although the Power Adaptor can help by letting you set a maximum power. The Solo has preset temperatures. The MFLB is stealthier in the sense that it is much easier to conceal and use discreetly. With proper technique, you can hit the LB and exhale little or no vapour, so there will be no smell. The LB itself might eventually acquire an odour if you use a lot of cannabis that hasn't been properly dried. If this happens, it is difficult to get rid of it. The Solo gives off a slight odour in use unless you remove the stem from the heat when you aren't hitting it, which almost nobody does.
You can pull clouds out of both devices, but it is easier to do with the Solo. In both cases pulling too hard is a mistake. A series of light puffs works best for me with either device, although I seldom try to produce a big hit. I feel they are wasteful and a concession to that nasty thing we are all avoiding, namely combustion.
