Madheaters shipping problem/bad customer service

My tempest head was stolen and replaced with a beard trimmer during the ship from DPD. I reached out and have gotten no response from MH. For sure the last time I order from them. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I'm very close to calling my credit card company and having the charges reversed as they are not responding or picking up the phone.

EDIT -Mad heaters has reached out and is handling the issue. Can't stand thieves.

Isn't it rather a problem between you and DPD? Also why would they go through the trouble of replacing your item with something else? This makes no sense. Either someone stole it or not, but it would be plain insane to put a random item to replace it no?

EDIT- this doesn't happen a lot with madheaters but DPD steals shit and replaces it with something else. I have no contact with DPD as I'm in the US. it makes perfect sense, shit was stolen during shipping, the shipper is responsible for providing the product ordered- therefore it is their responsibility to make it right.

I mean, Brenyo is up there with the best when it comes to customer service so a thread like this is uncalled for imho.
You could have solved this issue in a different way too?

I hope at least you are sending him the beard trimmer to cut his losses... :tup:
