I have a SS Hopper with everything you would get if you purchased retail and an extra battery. Guaranteed to work like a champ on arrival and in new condition...not a scratch or mark on the Hopper. For what it's worth this poster likes the SS more than the TT version, maybe that little extra weight makes it feel more solid?? Obviously I'll help were I can if a warranty issue arises with the hopper and would expect the same with any of the below wants.
