I've got a bubbler that whistles

So one of the local glass shops is going out of business, and as a result, they're giving everything away at 50% or greater off. I decided that I might as well cruise down and see what kind of deals I could get. I went in, and found a nice little bubbler for around 20$ (normally it was 50$), so I bought it just for the hell of it. I was inspecting it in my car, and I noticed that when I blew into it, it made a whistle sound. Not like a faint whistling sound, either, it was a loud, high pitched one. It's easily as loud as a referee's whistle, if not louder. It's the weirdest thing ever. Here are some pictures:

So does anyone have any ideas for a name for this little guy? I'm looking for something whistle or noise related. By the way, it rips really well, especially considering its size.
