Is this Chicago news report (MMJ) biased? Or am I?

So after watching the Saint/Bears game last night, trying to figure out who was throwing more passes to Saints players, the news came on. They had a very special investigative report regarding MMJ in Illinois.

Now the written article with the video seems slightly better, I was blown away by the video report though. I am not sure if it is just my own personal bias, but it might rank up there with some of the best/worst hack journalism I've ever seen.

"So called medicinal marijuana industry", shooting drills with armed guards, cut to Co., "Green Crack, candy store setting", "Truck loads of cash", "there certainly could be a mass shooting inside a grow that has 2 to 300 people in there. It's a target rich environment", "And could cartel hit squads begin targeting American marijuana businesses?", "building big cash warehouses".

Is it just me or was that scare tactics for the old people?
