Is there an electric pipe for combustion?

Hey guys I'm wondering are there any electric pipes to smoke weed without using a lighter?

I like smoking outside and I'm not a fan of most pipes as they get harsh very quick and the butane does make a difference IMO
I have tried the wics and they seem smoother but if there is a pipe where you can combust and not lose any smoke that would be awesome as I like to smoke also.

I heared the atmos raw combusts but does it fully combust as if one were using a lighter?
