If just vaping CBD flower, is there any reason to vape at higher temperatures?

I read that CBD vaporizes at between 160 C to 180 C.

Some times I mix cbd flower or keif in the vape with the THC heavy flower, but I also sometimes do them in separate bowls.
When just vaping CBD flower by itself, is there any reason to vape at a temp higher than 180 C?

In my experience, going a little higher can give you a nice, subtle daytime buzz. But your mileage may vary.

I have always heard on this forum that abv of weed vaporized at high temperatures may still contain some cbd left, sign that all of it doesn’t get vaporized at, say, 210/230°, so neither at 180°. It’s the reason why if you eat abv you may not get high but sleepy. Or the reason why if I raise my temp on my Crafty from 180 to 195/ 210 on a cbd bowl I get a couple more puffs.

I have never heard that. I have heard similar about ABV having THC left, but I've never heard anyone claim that it was CBD left.

Feel free to post some links to websites that show it as anything else. I couldn't find a single one. So it appears that it is your information that is incorrect. You get more Indica (sleepy) like effects at higher temps. It's not more CBD.

It's CBN that get you sleepy.
CBN is produced when THC (and CBD ?) get degraded by heat.
Our ABV is loaded in CBN.
There's probably some THC, CBD and CBG left in the mix though.

I exclusively use higher temperatures with my CBD, and feel that gets me the best results overall. I like darker ABV, so try to do this with everything. Using lower temperatures feels like incomplete extraction.

Yeah anything saying CBD extracts on the low end, must only be talking about a certain CBD I don't know, but thought there's so many different CBD variety and THC variety and others in the plant? I don't think those temperature charts or whatever are very useful at all, but my understanding is if you want to get the most out of it, temp step or use a higher temp with good extraction, if you want to control the extraction, but for CBD in particular it seems like if you want to get more of the extraction you should use a higher temp to fully extract it like anything else... I certainly would not be using lower temp for CBD, my mind is in the opposite direction (unless it was really good fresh tasty bud which I have yet to ever find in the CBD personally from ordering online)

AFAIK those sites are basing that information on an incorrect understanding of how boiling point is measured and the physics of vaporization in a mixed compound (weed in our case). I was big on distilling alcohol for several years and you will get compounds coming out of the still long after their boiling point. It is more like a wide bell curve.
