Idea for a vaporizer.

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I was wondering if there was anything I could do with an idea for a vaporizer if I don't really have much money? How much would it cost to patent? Is it even possible for a single person without a ton of money to do anything with an idea other than sit on it?

Pardon me if i must differ of opinion! There would have been no open-sourced Linux OS capable of offering an alternative to Microsoft Windows today should ideas have been considered worthless at the time. Actually the Evoke "demos" on YouTube correspond exactly to that, action, with no evidence of a rational plan meant to be followed by solutions to technical challenges revealed by experimentation...

Hey, i've got a killer idea for a software agent and assistant, now show me the money, eh? By the way, it is NOT covered by any of the MIT Software Agent group's projects.

Well, i sense we may share some values though differently, which i guess doesn't matter much to Jared who seems to have a nice idea he just wishes to realize... Being afraid that if he exposes it here it will be stolen, i suppose, etc.

Since you've definitely got some edge relatively to physical implementation i would find it only natural to leave the matters of patent, finance and organisation to the appreciation of others starting with yourself. Linux was 1 annecdotal event after all. While discoveries are often made by accident during experimental tests, etc, since humans learn from their errors - and it turns out having a plan may help to minimize those...
