Hindu Kush is a classic Indica, with up to 20% THC and 0.1% CBD. If adding more CBD makes no difference to the effect then THC/CBD ratios don't mean very much.

I''ve been experimenting with adding 99% CBD isolate to my hash rosin.
Adding a tiny bit makes me higher than the unadulterated rosin.
Adding too much will counteract the THC high.
I do this all the time. 1:1 ratio of cbd and thc flower. I Ilke the effects better. Less peaky, and the cbd brings more/different effects to the mix.
The only downside I can think of, is extra work mixing the salad, and you don't get the true flavour of the thc strain that you are vaping.

I do this all the time as it saves me money and good to balance tolerance levels.
Sometimes I do 90%CBD 10%THC and still get a nice buzz during the daytime.
