how to post picture (sorry!)

Not only am I sure the information is out here but I know I've posted a picture in the distant past. Still, sad to say ... I just can't remember how to do it or find the right sticky.

I want to post a picture in a classified ad. I can see a way to add a link (would Imgur work?), but I can't find a way to simply add a picture. I'm sorry; I know this kind of post is tedious. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
