How Do You Observe?

I think it is very easy to use some of the portable vapes in public, especially if you study how people observe. Really, to get someone's attention, you really have to go out of your way to catch it.

This is just MY observation: I may be wrong. As long as I don't give off vibes of suspicion, like furtively glancing around, huddling, or quick, jerky movements, I feel as if I'm invisible. Bringing something to my mouth is a natural act, not given to be overly scrutinized, unless it is your job to watch the crowd: even then, a slow movement towards the mouth, I think, looks benign.

I base my vaping technique in public around police, I don't worry about the general public in the slightest, sometimes you have to watch for security guards or other public officials because they will call the police... but your standard person going past, no problem.

With that in mind, choose the right place and you will NEVER encounter police... then you can hit it completely relaxed.
