High grade Hookah Hoses/Mouth pieces

Looking for leads on where to find quality hookah hoses/mouthpieces. Wishing to convert a bubbler that has 18mm joints for a mouth piece into a hookah hose mouth piece set up.

Searched FC got some info but still curious what is out there. Did the google thing too.

Any leads or reviews of quality hookah style hose/mouthpieces greatly appreciated.
