For sale is my Health Stone Glass Inner-Cooler Sherlock Hand Vape with a brand new HSG Stone. The hand vape has been thoroughly cleaned and features six inner-cooler chambers. Selling for $150 shipped Priority Mail to the lower 48. Paypal only with no mention of item description please (no 'vape' or such words please.)

No torch, you can get a cigar lighter torch at most tobacco shops.
