I bought this new a week ago. I've been resisting ball vapes, but now that they're wireless, why not try? I tried. It melted my face off. I'm a flavor sipper. I don't need my face melted off. 
Everything shown included except the dog. I ship next day.
The little bakelite handle on the diffuser has a melted spot (see pics). Doesn't affect function at all.
