Going to Colorado for the first time soon. What to do?

In two weeks I will be heading out to Colorado with my wife, her sister, and her sister's boyfriend. We are going to be driving there.

Arriving Thursday Evening and leaving Monday. So far we know we want to go white water rafting, and my sister-in-law and her boyfriend want to do Pike's Peak. Other than that, I know we are going to do some brew tour in Downtown Denver, and also spend the night there and one night in Boulder.

Any dispensaries that I absolutely need to visit? Any cool cannabis-related things I should do? I don't know how safe I feel bringing my Pinnacle Pro across several state lines, so I'm thinking I will have to combust the whole trip unfortunately. I'll probably just buy a really cheap one-hitter for while I'm there.

Anyone familiar with Colorado want to give me some ideas? Thanks!

If you're going to Pikes Peak, you should definitely check out Garden of the Gods as well.

It's right in the same area, and was just voted the best city park in the USA. It's free, and you can drive through or get out and hike around.

Also, right in between Pikes and GOG is Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs which are both great for eateries and cool little shops etc. Off the top of my head, Pizzeria Rustica in old Colorado City is good. They have a nice little outside courtyard, and a pecan wood-fired oven. They do artisan style pizzas etc. Bunch of neat shops up and down W. Colorado Avenue right there. From a Tibetan shop to various Mexican type shops with all kinds of cool terra cotta chimineas and outdoor garden area knick knacks. ooh almost forgot Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! Those are some of my faves in that area.

Lol one more thing, I haven't been there, but I've heard nothing but great things about Garden of The Gods Gourmet. http://www.godsgourmet.com/menu.html It's right down the road from the area I was just talking about. They just do breakfast and lunch, but are supposed to be awesome. Don't let the name scare you off, I'm sure it's down to earth and casual. This is Colorado Lots of good reviews for them online.
