Glass--Downstem Sizing Question

So I'm going to be acquiring a new piece of glass, and it has no downstem. This piece is going to be primarily for my PD (vapor only, no doubt). The thing is that the PD stems are 14mm and the joint on this piece is 18mm. What is my best option? Getting a downstem that is 18-->14?

I'm looking to pick up a downstem online, not looking to spend more than $20-30, but I do want something that is quality. Can anyone point me in the right direction? BTW the downstem should be between 4-4.5".

Cool, I was looking at this page earlier, wasn't sure which one to choose.

thanks, not sure if it is gridded or not, you could check the GBD thread, I'm sure someone had posted about it in there somewhere
