Take a flippin break would ya? When was the last time you took a 24 hour break (if you pause for more than 2 seconds it's been far too long)???? How about even a 12 hour break???? For some of you, it might come natural to only medicate once a day. Be it right before you settle down into bed for the night or when you wake up, it's all the same. For others, like me, it's purely recreational and I can't imagine life without the blatant as well as not-so-blatant up-lifting effects and advantages provided by MJ. But really... be sure you abstain at least one day a month. One day meaning 24 hours consecutively, but push for more if you can, 36 or 48 is perfect.
That was my main message to you all, here's the story behind that little tid-bit of info.
First of all, ONE LOVE! Have love for yourself and feel it from with in, and share only to those who also DESERVE it.
So as time goes on, here we all are given the things in life that keep us busy; be it your job, kids, wife, girlfriend, school & school work, medical disabilities, injuries, diseases .. who knows, the list goes on for miles & miles but here a huge majority of us sit, smoking daily, AS we all end up doing. So we all share this same lifestyle, and therefore are blessed with these same negative thoughts after the days, months & years of continued smoking multiple times a day, with hardly any missed periods of time greater than 12 hours. Are you still in the same majority as me?
Just do it, it's easier than you think. Take a 24 hour break, but remember to stretch it out as long as possible, and post back about how you feel.
If I wasn't so stoned I'd let you all know for sure.. but I couldn't wait any longer. My head was definitely more clear though after the about 36 hours of forced bed-ridden sober time due to my flu-like symptoms. But I'm feelin better and I'm back on the purple-days vape combined with my SYN showerhead.
And if you smoke cigarettes quit for yourself as well, it's so fucking stupid. LOL at all of you who knowingly admit that it KILLS YOU (not can, it DOES KILL YOU), yet you still feel the need for it. If you like the nicotine that much, get an e-cig you noodle. Believe me, I understand cigarettes as I've spent my fair amount of time with them. October will be 2 years and I still regret ever starting. (I smoked for ~3 years)
Also, check out www.eatwild.com and www.marksdailyapple.com if this thread interests you. I am not affiliated in any way but getting healthy intrigues me. I refuse to eat like everyone else in America, so I instilled change (although I am sure this unhealthy diet is shared among many countries).
