Also while cleaning, I knocked the screen out, no worries! A quick call to George and he talked me through it! I found my own little trick that helps if you have a spare ceramic screen...(check out the video below)

Also for some reason the inner condenser tube just literally fell in half after cleaning, so for now I'm improvising, until I can get a replacement :(

Wow, that blackwood is gorgeous. If I end up loving my OG glass, imma get me a wenge Dynastash...then when I can afford it, that blackwood piece will be mine.

Oh yes...it will be mine.

Haven't jonesed this much for a new vape in a long time...(and then was horribly disappointed by the Ascent. Dark days indeed...)

I waited for a month and since it arrived it's always in my pocket, love this thing. Past night I didn't even use the Cloud, just testing my new quartz banger and the VapCap made me forget about her...

So don't worry, it's just one guy building them by hand and you can be sure that when it arives...You gonna love it.

Past night I cashed a bowl in just 3 heatings and it was dark chocolate ABV, perfect extraction. First heating was in the middle of the cap (so in the lower half of the bowl, where the screen is) until I heard the double click. Nice wispy clouds with good flavor. Second was at the tip of the cap, nice vapor again working really good. And third one again at the middle for another last cloud. Tried a 4th one, but it was already done.

Will try to post a couple pictures of ABV later from a bowl from today :science:

I get that occasionally as well, though not one of the people who've said it have actually seen someone smoke crack. That said, boiling point for crack is around 368.3degF, so you could probably use the vap for it if that's your bag. Lol.

No way! Not my bag at all crack is wack ! This is more philosophical, but I think dabs are the crack of cannabis, I look at them as almost another drug that has potential dangers, not associated with the flower.

Not really looking for opinions on morality/safety of any drug habits ;) just stating that people who have said it looks like I'm smoking crack might be over reacting:rolleyes:; but after looking up the vaporization temp of crack:sherlock:, I guess maybe they're also right?:shrug:

Does your glass have multiple air inlets?

Edit: @RUDE BOY oh. I guess I meant the science of the material releasing it's payload is similar to mj. I have edited my previous statement for clarity.

@cwheezy agreed about dabs, though I don't think I've had any rosin. I've tried oh so many butane extracts, but the low yields from rosin keep most guys in my area from running any actual rosin batches.

I used to think so but then you look at rosin and its like well I'm gonna smoke that much weed why not dab the same amount in a concentrated form.

It's a lot better for you than smoking weed itself in all actuality.

It may just come to shock and awe because of tolerances, and it's new.

Vapcap dabs are the sheeeeiit!

Went for a deep clean tonight. Iso soaked and a bent pin to remove the baked on crud around the metal retaining clip. Used my condenser to gently push it out.

I never used to like saving AVB and since I've been using my VC I no longer bother. I figure I can stir the load and get everything I want out of it. I get more than my moneys worth from my green.

I am definitely more medicated with my VC than with the same size load in either of my now redundant conduction devices.

Just read thru the last few posts about people getting the VC nod. It's on it's way. FFS you people will be checking that tracking number, it's a bad thing. I'm going to ask @VapCap not to send me an email.
I'm sat tweaking, now, thinking about the bloody USPS site. I don't want to know next time.
The normally nice post person becomes the enemy, and then all of a sudden their your best friend.

My lighter broke today, 3 tip that came with VapCap. All of a sudden it wasn't blowing like a torch but would light like a regular lighter. I took the sides off and found a tube going to the torch tips came off. I use tweezers and reconnected the tubes and it works again. Just thought I would share for anyone that may have the same problem and willing to fix it.

I shortened the glass body on this one so it will still fit in the shipping tube and or the DynaStash.
I will have the short "Bodies" available as soon as I have the modular mouthpieces.

Also as this picture shows, the standard Ti Woody or Ti Glassy condenser fits all the way through the mouthpiece.

I think it is very important to have as many components across the entire product line interchange.
These new mouthpieces will also fit into an original VapCap, but will require the upgraded condenser.

Just cleaned my VC for the first time since I received it Christmas Eve. What a breeze!! ISO soaked the condenser tube, Ti tip (o-rings removed!!!!), ceramic screen and clip for 5-10 min. Q-tips worked great for the condenser tube and Ti tip. The clip and screen I just torched and wiped clean. I should've took before pics but she's all pretty now.

Oh yea the Afzelia Burl body @Ed's TnT made is holding up strong! No cracks and this baby has seen the worst of it already. Many heat cycles, one after another and it's as solid as the day I opened the box. As you can see there is even some charing at the tip and still no cracks.

My VC easily took over as my everyday work vape. It's ruggered enough and is always ready on demand. In the freezing cold or blistering heat I can count on my VC to be ready, all I need is to hear that click. Electronic vapes can't compare to the VC with the elements I expose them to out here. So simple and so effective!

I'd like that all Ti VC if that's still coming out. Not for any particular reason besides having an all Ti vape lol.

Any word on that @VapCap? I'd like a builder kit too and some extra orings just incase. But if the Ti is coming out I'm going to wait till it's released.

Anyone knows if I can use the turbulated condenser in my Ti Glassy instead of the SS?

If it works I'm gonna buy it right now, I would love an all glass and Ti Vapcap :science:

@Ed's TnT if I mailed this piece into you would you be able to customize it to fit a vapcap? It is sentimental to me as it was my fathers pipe, he gave it to me, and it became my first pipe, its over 35 years old.

I want, a sleeve for a modular vapcap! It would be awesome to me. I just don't want to ruin the pipe face too much but to see if it could be trimmed down and refinished.


Let me know if you can, and if so the cost.

Wow, can't believe I only just found out about the VC. Very very excited to try it, seems so convenient lol. As much as I love it I cbf carrying the solo around with me. This looks amazing for on the go vaping. Would be my first butane vape too.

I'm order 700 :( how long will I be waiting before its shipped out ?

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
If wanted a woody in a certain type of wood, like cocobolo, do I just specify that in the order notes section of the website order form?
