I got sent the wrong piece and haven't been able to get in contact through multiple sources and attempts?

They sent me an email today, they are aware of the problem. They accept blame and have offered different choices in how we can handle the matter. It won't be taken care of until after vacation unfortunately. But I will update you guys when it goes down!
