Or do you vape it all up?
What I have done for the past several years is when I get a fantastic strain I will vape it for a few days and then put it away for a week or so, put it away for another week, etc until the taste develops into something fantastic, then try to vape it up. I realized I have some herb in my collection that is over a year old and surely it is losing strength, but it seems to still be just as potent as anything on the market today. So I have been going through and trying to vape all my favorite old weed, everything older than 6 months.
I have one strain right now though called wreckage, and it is so fantastic I can't stop vaping it for too long. Taste and effect. Too bad I didn't get more. It says sativa but it has round compact dense nuggets, and not much in the way of a head high, mainly analgesic activity and help for stress for sure. I labeled it I/S.
But going forward I am going to avoid holding onto any herb for longer than 6 months, surely no herb I get gets any better after that long. I note the effect and taste of all the strains in a hard bound diary I got on clearance. That way when I am looking for a particular effect for a particular need, I can select a good strain.
