Difference in 50 vs 60mm GB - 187 - 1

Can someone explain what the differences would be between the 50 and 60 mm diameter GB -187, so i can have a better feel of which one is for me?

Short of having them next to one another you would never notice a difference. 10mm is approximately the size of a regular sharpie.
