last few years ive been having various complications that have flared up beginning around decemeber of last year, and prompted many medical tests and procedures. while it appears i got something im going to have to deal with as long as im still breathing i was at least able to rule out the big ugly C which was a huge concern since it runs in my family. anyway got the good news just yesterday and i couldn't be any higher than i am right now!!

i really wish i had done all this a while ago, even though its not terminal i certainly had myself convinced for a while that it was and the drain of life you feel even when its suspicion is a buzz kill to reckon with. its amazing how life giving a natural state of "peace of mind" can be, over these past 6 months i almost forgot entirely. \\//
