So you thought CBD was legal? Well, unfortunately there are still issues with CBD status

Idaho seized a shipment of 6,700 pounds of CBD flowers in late January, all below the 0.3% THC legal threshold. I think the plants are still impounded and criminal charges pending
FYI for Minnesota FCers, the CEO of that CBD company (Ryan Shore) will be conducting a meeting in St. Paul, this Thurs, 4/18. 5-7:30 PM
PM me for more info on the meeting. I am going as all thing cannabis are so interesting.
Any questions you'd like me to relay on to Ryan Shore? Searching out his background, it looks like he's
been involved with the entire chain of CBD, from farming to extraction to making CBD products to buying hemp from farmers. It should be a very interesting session with him
