Can this be saved?

My jar tipped over in the double boiler. I just added the Mct n lecithin to my feco. And then I thoughtlessly put some extra water in because I was going to add some gummies.
Is it ruined or can I boil the water out?
What do I use to post pics again?

Oh fuck!

Put the water and oil in the freezer. As it cools the oil will coagulate on the surface. Pick it up with a slotted spoon and dry on a paper towel.

Edit mct oil? I'd skip the paper towel.

I’m trying to upload a pic. It changed with everything added. I was thinking maybe just boil the water out? It’s all stuck around the jar. Doesn’t seem it will separate.

You might have boil out the water. It looks the lecithin has emulsified the mix. Hopefully you can save most of it.
