I just did this, and it provides a very aware perception after waking up. Never combined the two in the past xD
I don't generally drink much coffee (I'm more of a tea man) but lately I've been having the odd bit of cold-brewed coffee. It involves brewing coffee in cold water in a glass container over a long period of time - overnight or longer. Typically I'll make several days' worth at a time in a large glass bottle.
It's not the best thing for caffeine junkies, as it gets only about 1/3 of the caffeine that hot brewing does, but it is very rich in flavour, and low in bitterness, and I find that it doesn't really give me the jitttery after-effects I tend to get from regular coffee. Though when I make it, I like to make it super strong (and flavoursome), so it's probably close to being as caffeinated as regular coffee anyway. But it still doesn't make me jittery.
Mind you, cold brewing is particularly good for iced coffee, and is often made for this purpose.
you drink that coldbrewed coffee cold I suppose?
and it doesn't taste like cooled down hot brewed coffee? (once coffee gets so cold that you can take big sips of itwithout burning is when I don't like the taste anymore, except if cmbined with weed, made madeinfused coffee once and that stayed tasty even when cold)
is the taste as strong as 'regular' coffee? since you say you're more of a teadrinker, but I don't like tea since I think the taste isn't strong enough, even tried sucking directly on a teabag once. for that same reason I also only drink my coffee black
Wow man, that sounds almost like the equivalent of vaporizing instead of combustion....Then you can dry out the grounds and repackage as ABV!
Seriously, my girlfriend is a iced coffee junkie, and I will have to tell her about this - she will love it. It makes sense too, because cold-pressed oils (and stuff like that) are usually purer than their heated counterparts.
