Best abv cheese

I've tried different abv consomation, but overall cheese is the best. Ice cream reduce the taste but assimilation is lower, but i never tried caps..

So with cheese, the best is melting the abv with it, i've done it toasted, but "a la fondu" is just too good 🧑‍🍳

So my question was what is your best cheese for it ? European question for obvious reason :lol:

For me, it's for now, a blend :
-1/3 brie
-1/3 emmental
-1/3 beaufort
- a bit of mimolette
-1 glass of "dry" white wine

I know i won't gonna have a lot of answers, too many untasty american...:ko:
