I've tried different abv consomation, but overall cheese is the best. Ice cream reduce the taste but assimilation is lower, but i never tried caps..
So with cheese, the best is melting the abv with it, i've done it toasted, but "a la fondu" is just too good
So my question was what is your best cheese for it ? European question for obvious reason
For me, it's for now, a blend :
-1/3 brie
-1/3 emmental
-1/3 beaufort
- a bit of mimolette
-1 glass of "dry" white wine
I know i won't gonna have a lot of answers, too many untasty american...
